EOD )); $page->AddPost(new Post('Artist Bio', <<Byron Lahey is an artist with a foundation in sculpture (MFA, Arizona State University, 1997).  Byron is currently a PhD student in the School of Arts, Media and Engineering at ASU.  His research area is "Motivational Environments" with an emphasis on the impact of ubiquitous computing technologies and tangible user interfaces. Byron's has worked as a professional artist, teacher and consultant on a wide range of commercial and fine art projects.  Byron's research has been supported by the National Science Foundation, NASA Space Grant and the Ford Foundation.
